We are currently working on an app development with our star alliance startup. This product have been pilot launched recently in September of 2018.
This particular internal app is to give an opportunity to our staff front line and in office to be a user-content generator to come up with styles to share to their customers and to inspire other staffs as well.

PROJECT IDEA
Company identified a growing opportunity in upgrading the clientele service by enabling staff to provide styling advice in an online platform with a full integration of online and offline products. Hence replacing the current product bible in the house. Which is an old platform with slow searching mechanism.
THE FEATURES…
we have three main features coming out from the app. We focus on allowing front line (Sales) and office staff (buyers) to curate selective products to inspire people or to clientele. As we are a Multi-branded OMNI luxury department store, we have a breakthrough of coming to both online and offline products onto an efficient digital platform.
PRODUCT DELIVERABLES
Every pre scope planning, we all sit together with the management team and technical team to discuss the upcoming design deliverables and business objectives. With the perspective of business objectives, technical feasibilities as well as user feedbacks (that we retrieve every week) we were able to build these platforms in under a year.
