Time to do the housekeeping!

We are precisely 31 days away from the end of the year.

I love to take this time to reflect to reflect on some thoughts about my agenda.

Check in with your freelance client 
Send a Christmas greetings and check in how they are doing with their business. Ask them how they are feeling using your product, retain feedback for further references.

Backup your computer
My mac book is ageing too, so I should back it up before it is too late. Never hurt to store your projects or start your projects in a file and then link every path back to the main file. :)

Clean up our projects
Updating our portfolios once in a while is a big to-do list. To be very honest, the last time I did my backup was a year ago.
Time to look back to the content and review if they are reflecting your line of service and profession.

Setting up new goals
Have a tiny notebook or just write on your phone on what you would like to achieve for the upcoming year. Does not have to be a technical skill about design. Look around sign up courses for pottery learning, or even start painting something at home learn a new dish. A lot of things that we could do to learn to give it back to our family.

Learn to step away from work once in awhile
We should let our brain rest and step away from work once in a while. I am super passionate about my field, so my workplace, home, Instagram (dedicated), blog, Pinterest board and the list goes on, fills up with User research methods and experiences… It is taking up my life completely, so it never hurts to step away from a little and reconnect with friends.

Now lets kickback, have cocoa, relax and start cleaning up for our new year!
